The Skinny Apple

I was able to run for 10 minutes today! On my first lap I was hurting like hell in my knees and ankles as soon as I would try running, but come the second lap (2 miles later) I started running and pushed myself to about 10 minutes. I’m sure I could have gone longer but hubby had already gone backward to meet me so I walked for a bit and started running again. All in all I walked/ran for 1 hour.

I also weighted myself with Wii Fit. I’m a little over 157 lbs! So that is an additional 0.9 lb of weight loss. So the total so far is 2.9 lbs! 😀

For dinner I cooked catfish with veggies (broccoli, tomatoes, onions, garlic) and brown rice with (dried) cranberries.
