The Skinny Apple

I walked briskly for 4 miles today!  Yesterday’s walk/run was half of that.

I can’t believe I was too shy to walk and run in public before. In retrospect, I don’t know what kept me from doing it. Maybe I thought I was too unfit to display myself walking or running, but when I think about it why should I feel ashamed? At least I’m doing something about it and not being a couch potato whining about my weight and not doing anything about it! So let’s put these running shoes on and burn some fat because God forbid I will be this fat ever again!

I also decided to weight myself not every day but every week instead. So next Thursday will be my first weight-in.
